How to configure the high volume outbound traffic for the specific users

Problem Statement

Even SCES focuses on the regular business emails, there are some cases that the customers may have a few users sending out the high volume emails. For example, sales wants to say hi to list of his/her customers.

These emails will be ending up with in the Sorb Quarantine system with some flood and other tags.

Solution

1. Navigate to Email Firewall -> Outbound Throttling -> Exception

Add the Sender Email Address at here

2. Navigate to Mail Routing -> Outbound Special Route -> Outbound Mass Senders

Add the same Sender Email Address at here

Addition

We highly suggest the customer to enable the notification to be more proactive. Here is the place to enable it. Navigate to Mail Routing -> Outbound Special Route -> Flood Notification, then switch it on.
